#2: Is shipping free? Absolutely! We're thrilled to provide free standard shipping on every order shipped within the United States, no minimum purchase required. #5: Can I cancel an order after placing it?  Yes, orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase without any issues. To do so, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible, ideally right away, with your order number and details. We'll promptly process the cancellation and confirm with the customer once it's complete, ensuring no charges are applied if it hasn't been processed yet.

#10: Do you ship outside the U.S.? At this time, we do not offer shipping outside the United States. This allows Arcon Wellness to maintain high standards for shipping speed, tracking, and overall service quality. While we hope to expand internationally in the future, our focus right now is on providing the best possible experience.

#11: Is there a physical store I can visit? Unfortunately, Arcon Wellness is currently online only, which lets us keep our prices low and our selection high. #13: Can I exchange an item? While we don’t offer direct exchanges at this time, returning an item for a refund and placing a new order is quick and easy with our 30 day return policy. Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a full refund so you can reorder the correct size, style, or product right away. #14: How do I track my package?  Tracking your package with Arcon Wellness is simple and convenient, giving you real time updates on your order's journey from our warehouse, straight to your door.
